New Furnace Build

Furnace Repair

At National Machinery & Conveyor (NMC), we use our experience and resources to deliver a repair package for damaged or worn furnace refractories. We can guarantee effective remedies, and a minimum of downtime.

Hot Furnace Repair

The workforce at NMC is experienced in the rapid and effective repair of operating furnaces. NMC will perform this hot repair work enablingproduction to continue with the minimum of delay. Hot repair services are available including 24 hours a day emergency repairs.

Pre-job safety assessments are conducted by on-site safety reps. A daily task assessment, and daily equipment safety checklist and procedures list, are completed by qualified and trained safety responders on-site. NMCI completes all work in compliance with customers' safety programs, when outside of NMCI safety standards.
