• Do you know, explain and comply with local building codes?
  
  
  Of course! If your project is new construction, we can look at the blueprint and design plans, or visit the job site, to determine the best course of action.
  
  
• Will you provide a free written estimate?
  
  
  Yes, we will gladly provide you with a detailed estimate. Our estimate will include an accurate description of the work to be performed, and will identify work that will be sub-contracted out.

Our Services

• Do work with customers to help them make a buying decision?
  
  
  We start with an initial meeting, where we assess your project. We review the scope of work and engineering details, and conduct an on-site walk through. Then we'll review the design details, schedule, delivery dates, other factors for feasability, before we prepare a detailed customer offering [Proposal].
  
  
• What is your follow-up policy after the sale?
  
  
  While every project is different, after the sale a project lead is assigned to work with customer, to ensure safe, successful and on-time project. After installation, we complete a startup checklist, for both Quality Assurance issues and project closure.
  
  
• How is routine maintenance handled?
  
  
  We will clearly explain what you should do, if you have a problem after we complete your project.
  
  
• How long does a project usually take?
  
  
  Every project is different. We have to consider many items to determine how long a project will take.
  
  
• When is payment due?
  
  
  We bill Owners at the end of each month on a percentage of completion basis.
